Spiral Process Therapy

Hello,

I'm Ayla Sellers

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy · Neurodivergent-Affirming · Trauma-Informed

Change asks us to hold discomfort and possibility at the same time. I help people reconnect with their own resources and embodied wisdom, at a pace that honors who they are. Sometimes that happens through talk and somatic work. Sometimes ketamine-assisted psychotherapy opens a door that conversation alone hasn’t.

My Approach:

My work is process-based and grounded in healing justice. Your struggles make sense in context: your body, your history, your family and ancestors, and the systems you live within. I walk alongside you, offering presence and care wherever the work leads.

I center neurodivergent folx and people of the global majority. I welcome individuals and families.

KETAMINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY (KAP)

KAP can help when years of therapy or medication haven’t shifted what needs to shift: depression, trauma, anxiety, grief. At low, carefully prepared doses, ketamine offers a pause from habitual patterns of thought and feeling. The therapy happens in that opening.

I hold KAP within a neurodivergent-affirming, culturally responsive frame. We shape the experience around your nervous system: sensory needs, pacing, and how you prefer to communicate before, during, and after a session. You don’t have to mask here.

How it works:

  • A consultation with me to see if KAP fits
  • An evaluation with our partner psychiatrist, who prescribes the medicine
  • Preparation sessions to build trust and clarify intentions
  • 2 to 3 hour KAP sessions at our Campbell office or in your home
  • An integration session after each one, so insight becomes lived change
