Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m dedicated to helping you align with your deeper purpose and higher Self. In these challenging times, I offer a safe space for exploring your past experiences, present challenges, and future goals. My Approach:
I take a holistic, relational approach, drawing on somatic and transpersonal practices to support those seeking healing and growth. With over 25 years in counseling, leadership, and education, I am dedicated to creating a nurturing space for you to reconnect with your authentic Self. I work with clients from all backgrounds who are ready to embrace their full potential.
I welcome individuals and couples, working with adults and adolescents (ages 12 and up) of all genders, identities, and backgrounds. In addition to individual and couples therapy, I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), psychedelic integration and ecotherapy (walk and talk therapy).
