Fees and Insurance
Spiral Process Therapy is located in Campbell, California and has satellite offices in San Jose, Santa Cruz, Log Gatos, and Grass Valley. We serve clients throughout Santa Clara County, the South Bay Area, and statewide via telehealth.
SLIDING SCALE
To ensure our community has access to care, we offer a limited number of lower-fee and sliding scale spots. Please inquire when reaching out.
INSURANCE
Most of our clinicians are in-network with: Cigna, Evernorth, United Healthcare, and Optum.
Note: Dmitry Vulfovich, LMFT, is private pay only and does not accept insurance.
If you have out-of-network insurance, we can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. We recommend calling your insurer in advance to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits.
FEES
Each therapist sets their own fee. As a general guide:
• 50-minute individual therapy sessions: approximately $120–$225
• KAP sessions (2–3 hours): priced separately — please inquire
• Spiritual coaching fees: $225 offered by Dmitry
