Just as the everyday world can feel at times complex or confusing and at times breathtakingly beautiful, so can our inner worlds move through experiences of pain and peace. I believe it's part of our nature as human beings to take time in life to reflect on our own relationships to the inner and outer worlds in order to find the gift of meaning that comes through challenges we face.

My approach:
My approach to therapy values the relationship between therapist and client in order to create a safe space for self reflection. Whether you are exploring ways in which your childhood experiences created patterns in your life that you want to understand or rewrite, or moving through current challenges in this moment of your life, I am here to hold a safe and non-judgmental space to explore ways to find new perspectives and insights to light the way forward. I utilize experiential tools of imagination, somatics (body based), therapeutic touch, and ketamine therapy to support clients in discovering which pathways are most effective for them to tap into their own innate wisdom. The space I hold is one that is warm and grounded, and at times lighthearted and playful as needed to support the journey.
I have worked with individuals, couples, and young adults utilizing these tools to explore experiences that include:
-
anxiety and depression
-
childhood/relational trauma
-
C-PTSD
-
life transitions/phases
-
gender identity and queerness
-
conscious non-monogamy
-
interpersonal conflicts with family, friends, or community
-
addiction
-
